"Solutions sold me something and never even sent me a proper receipt in my email. Luckily I kept good records, as I needed them later to check how much I was charged for the one item I DID receive.

I called a week into my order, since nothing had been shipped according to their website. I was assured that the holdup in the shipping dept had been straightened out... that it had been out of stock (!) but was back in stock and that I would receive that item by Christmas.

Nevertheless, the item never came... I kept waiting until my friend (it was her Christmas present) had to go back home, since she had been in town for Christmas. This morning, New Years' Eve, I call and customer service says that that item is totally out of stock and that item has been canceled from my order. When I expressed disappointment, she told me I wouldn't be charged. BIG DEAL! I asked why I hadn't been notified by email (I could have gotten my friend another gift before she left, but now I have to ship her a LATE gift!!!!!) and her only excuse was "Yes this happened a lot this month because of Christmas". Bad, bad excuse. Don't have an online store with coupons, etc. if you cannot handle Christmas shopping volume! VERY SAD and WILL NOT RETURN.

One positive: The 2nd item in my order was not ordered by the "order by date to get for Christmas"... I ordered like 4 days late or something. I was not promised a Christmas delivery, and that was fine. It was not guaranteed, but the company (NOT SOLUTIONS, it shipped from somewhere else) obviously rushed my order, because I received it Christmas Eve and was very happy. It was an engraved sign.

IS THIS JUST A DROP SHIP COMPANY??????

"Stay away -- Solutions is nothing but smoke and mirrors trouble.

Solutions sold me 2 of 3 products that it actually did not have, out of stock. Wasted time disputing charges and credit is pending...

Also, I stupidly signed up for Solution Rewards program, too, for a so called 15% discount. Then I found a $1.95 charge on my credit card from same. Apparently I missed the fine print saying there is a charge for the discount program. The offers in a brochure it sent are more or less uninteresting. I wasted time getting the $1.95 charge removed and quitting the "discount" program.

"I ordered from this site on Dec. 14 because of their free shipping offer on a gift I wanted to give this past Christmas. The site said 4-8 business days shipping on in-stock orders, and my item was said to be in-stock, so it should definitely come in time for Christmas. After checking the status online every day to find it saying in stock and will ship soon, I started trying to call and find out why it hadn't shipped. I tried for two days from morning through night only to get a message that there was too much call volume and to try again later. I used the website to send a customer service request and never received a response. Finally I got through enough to be put on hold on the third day and spoke to a girl who sounded like she hated her job and was not surprised one bit by the problem. She gave an excuse about why they weren't going to ship it before Christmas because there were too many orders for them to handle and bad weather, blah. She said there was nothing she could do, but she offered a 10% discount, which would have been like $1.75, whoop de doo. I confirmed that I still wanted the gift asap. On Jan. 2, I get an email from them finally "thanking me for my order and hoping to serve me again soon" with the status of my order now saying out of stock and that the order had been cancelled. The will never fail to "serve" me again, and I hope you don't allow them the chance to screw you over and waste your time too. Unbelieveably horrible service."

"My order was cancelled, and I wasn't even notified. I have to discover for myself on their website. Customer service only said that I used a coupon code that wasn't valid (despite the order going through), and wouldn't explain why. Too bad, I really wanted the item, but now I'm afraid to place another order with them for fear of fraudulent charges. "

"The company sent me a "Thank you for your order" e-mail, then a confirmation of intention to ship. Next thing I know I receive another letter thanking me for my order with a link to look up order status online and the order shows cancelled! No explanation or apology was offered."
