"I received a pop-up stating I downloaded a dangerous Trojan and a loud audio that stated if I did not call this Microsoft authorized help desk at 855- 533.3815 and tried to close out, all my personal info on the laptop would be sent thru the internet. I called the number and got solution for tech. They were very convincing so I let them into my PC. When I refused to pay them money they hung up and sent images of loud dogs barking. I couldn't close out or stop the sound. Eventually it rebooted and a password was demanded. Nothing worked. I called back and another "helpful" man told me he was from only for solutions and his organization didn't do this despite the same phone number. He demanded $350 to fix it. I hung up and I shut down and when I rebooted the PC was fine. I have no idea what they did to my computer but will now have a new hard drive put in as I believe they are watching everything I do. Never ever deal with these cyber crooks. I have already contacted the authorities. "
