"We ordered our ties on May 15 and they arrived on May 19. Prior to shipping, their customer service called to let us know there was a color discrepancy with the 2.5 inch ties and pocket squares, which was resolved by switching to the 2 inch ties. We appreciate they wanted to make sure the items matched. The ties and pocket squares are perfect and we couldn't find a lower price anywhere. We will definitely be using them again."
"I read the reviews prior to ordering because I had concerns about the shipping timeframe as I had an important event to go to on Friday. Everyone was commenting on how quick the shipping was. I thought great. Monday, the same day I ordered 7 ties and pocket squares for everybody in the event, I got an emailing saying my items have been sent. Great looking good! Glanced at the date and it said Wednesday. Wednesday comes no package. Went back to the email and it said Wednesday Sept. 3rd. WHAT??????? 10 days to get mail anywhere in the us is unheard of. Called customer service but the shipment left already so it was nothing that they could do. My shipping experience is poor so if you need your purchase delivered in a timely manner, you better pay extra $15 for faster shipping. Now I have to pay Mall store price and return these items as soon as they get here."
"This is a great place to order ties for Derby. I stumbled onto this website after reading an article about another 'official' tie retailer for the Kentucky Derby. I did not see anything I thought would match my Derby Hat, so I searched for 'pink tie' and this site came up. The prices were so good i decided it was worth a try and they advertised if ordered by 4pm, they would probably ship it that day. I ordered on the 1st, and They were true to their word.I received them in the mail on the 3rd - in time for the Derby on the 5th! The colors worked out for me - we will be a great looking couple! Will spread the word for next year's Oaks and Derby. "
"I was really excited to find the unique color I was looking for and to support an American small family business. I received a personal email and I thought it was a wonderful touch. Unfortunately, the color arrived very different than labeled or shown and when I called to see if they would help me out on the return shipping charges, I was told they use the manufacture title/color and they wouldn't offer any financial off-set for having to return the item. Obviously I'm a small-time-customer as opposed to bulk so I sincerely sympathize with the problem of dealing with a $5.00 question as well as monitoring the color descriptions, but as we are planning a wedding, it could have turned into something larger. The problem of paying to ship the orgnial item (3.95) plus return shipping ($2-3) when the color wasn't exactly as advertised would cost more than the item itself (5.95). I will likely give it to a thrift store. If I had ordered from China, I wouldn't have been surprised by the color difference or lack of offering to compromise - but Americans buy from Americans for other reasons. Business karma. The packaging and service otherwise was good. There was a tiny scuff a few cm in one area but hard to see and it appeared it would wash fine. Very neatly folded in plastic packaging and clear invoice. Nice website (except for inaccurate color title); visual color swatch could be problematic due to indivual computer monitors. Best wishes."

"First two clip-on ties I orderd, the clips did not work. I contacted the president via e-mail but never heard back from him. I then called a customer service representative telling her that I really didn't think I should pay for the return shipping on these ties since they were defective. She was very kind and refunded all of my money plus the S&H. I ordered another boys clip-on tie in a different style. Recevied the tie in a timely manner, however, after my son wore the tie for one day, the seam on the back of the tie came unthreaded. I just re-stitched it yesterday. Not the best quality of ties that I have experienced so far, but that may have just been a fluke"

"I was surprised to find out that when my basketball playing grandson dressed up on game day he didn't wear any clothing with his school colors! I immediately sat down at my computer and started looking for ties because I knew that would be the least expensinve route to go. I found this website and ties in his colors, dk. grn and gold. I found 2 ties I loved and promptly bought them. They arrived in a couple of days and were just what I wanted.
