"Ive been a big fan and follower of solestruck for awhile now. Every purchase I've made has arrived very quickly within a week with no problems. My most recent purchase, however, was rather disappointing. I ordered a pair of jeffrey campbells that have been out of stock every where so i was very excited when I found them on solestruck (and on sale too!) I received my package within 3 days but they sent me the wrong size. By the time I received my shipment, my size was already sold out. I emailed solestruck about my situation and they emailed me back within 30 minutes, apologizing and telling me that I didnt have to pay the return fee and that they'd also give me an additional 20% off my next purchase. They provided great customer service and I understand that shipping mistakes are inevitable. Despite my situation, I will still be a loyal customer to solestruck :) "
