"The VoIP phone was delivered on time, works, was complete with all cables necessary. However, the Grandstream Quick Installation Guide was easy to follow until it came to configuration. The Grandstream website listed various resources, but would not let me access them. I contacted my supplier and the support team configured it remotely. My rating of SoHo66 is absolutely excellent."
