"Do not trust this "reseller". Their product keys always expire after 30 days, which means they are selling us 30-day free trial versions at what sounds like a good full license price. They present themselves as being located in either U.K. or California when, in fact, they are located somewhere in China or the Philippines. My money is on China. They will try to hold you off from getting a refund by sending another "product key" to try, in the meantime, running out the clock for when you can get a refund. If you see what seems to be a response from Microsoft to my review, that is, most likely, Softwareau trying to cover their tracks."
