"Order for Microsoft Office 2007 Professional OEM delivered late. Upon installation Microsoft invalidated product as illegal. Vendor asked for return for inspection, which I did. Vendor said could find nothing wrong and promised refund. Despite repeated promises, the refund was never made. Vendor website is now offline.
