Very poor communication, poor explanation. Wanted to sell the product too much rather than correctly explaining the possible problems with a view to this purchase... (Which I was dreading).
I explained that I had a Windows 7 operating system, that I wanted a full version of Windows 10. They told me that I would have to download the prograde from Microsoft... OK!!! It goes. I am given a Youtude link which explains how to download Windows 10.... It starts off badly, It's IN ENGLISH and from the start of the explanation on YouTube the narrator says ''First of all open WINDOWS 10'' HEY !!!!! I said I had windows 7!!!!!! Afterwards nothing works! There I am told to download RUFUS and I am given youtube links IN ENGLISH.... I don't understand ANYTHING, it achieves nothing, And I am told to go to a store to have it installed by a Technician.. .. Hey clowns!!!! If I would have wanted to go through a technician I wouldn't have bought from you right????? The next day I bought from another site!!! The service was excellent ! And it worked number 1. And to conclude the price of my license was $109 with you... I paid $4.99 on the other site..... Just $104 cheaper.... And it's not a joke.
Positive point because there is 1 and that is the reason for a 2nd star... Delivery (virtual) was fast. ! 15 minutes and it was already uploaded. And they reimbursed me without hesitation given my dissatisfaction.... Fortunately!... Thank you anyway.

Je ne comprend RIEN , cela N'aboutis a rien, Et on me dit de me rendre dans un magasin me faire installer par un Technicien.... Hey les clown !!!! Si j'aurais voulus passer par un technicien j'aurais pas acheté chez vous non ????? Le lendemain j'ai acheté sur un autre cite !!! Le service était EXCELLENT ! Et cela a fonctionné numéro 1.
