"Ordered several items. Received everything but my daughters softball pants. This was at the beginning of March. I’ve sent 3 emails and have received ZERO replies! Then they send me an email wanting me to give a review. So here it is. Order if you want. You may get your stuff, you may not. Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean it’s worth it. "

Softball helmet

"The worst customer service ever spoke with a lady name Terri ( if that was even her real name ) I had ordered an l/xl helmet for my daughter the helmet stickers to everything I complained about it we literally just started softball practice last week and I called to complain about it they ask me to send pictures and I did only to receive an email saying it’s damaged and it’s not poor service and I’m completely done with this company they will never get my business again. Just horrible "

Awful customer service

"I purchased a pair of adidas softball cleats for my daughter. I purchased the right size (8). She wore them for the first time a tournament. It wasn’t fifteen minutes before she was literally crying from the pain coming from the shoe. I spoke with customer service twice about returning them. They wouldn’t refund my money or give us another pair of shoes.
I will not ever order anything else from them.

"I waited on the phone for an hour before connecting with customer service. I finally connected and was in the process of fixing my problem when I lost connection. I called again and waited again for an hour. DO NOT CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go to softball.com and Contact Us. Click the Live Chat button and you will actually be able to talk to a representative who can help."

"I ordered a big mouth bow net from softball.com two months ago. When I placed the order it said "In stock ships within 3 days". I never received this part of my online order. My other items came but no net. The receipt said it was on back order which was not the case when I ordered the net. I waited 2 weeks then I called customer service. There were 100 callers ahead of me at 9am in the morning. So I decided to send an email to customer service and the automated response said someone would be assigned my case and would reach out to me in 7-10 business days. It's been 2 months I have no net I have not had a response, my order was never canceled and I still can't get a hold of someone. My team is 6 weeks away from finishing up the season. This is a perfect example of poor business practices. I want a refund and since my team had to suffer at their cost I would like some sort of store credit. This website needs to be shut down considering I am not the only person this has happened to. "

"Id like to start by saying , I've never wrote a online review before! But this is mandatory! I ordered a softball last Tuesday, it's now the following Wednesday n my item still says "in warehouse" ... Got dang , how big is the warehouse that nobody could even grab my item to begin processing in 8 days! I've called two days n a row, only to hear u have 42 callers ahead of u! I actually waited 1hr 13 mins wit my phone on speaker n still nothing! I'm at the point now of saying give me a refund, but hey, I can't even get thru to do that! NEVER AGAIN will I order from these clowns! And to think I paid extra for shipping! I hope I can give a zero rating b/c 1 is wayyyy to high!"

"I ordered some items from Softball.com in the past and was well taken care of. Recently, I tried to order some items and was sent an email saying that some of my order was on back order. I waited for a couple weeks and then received an email saying that they were going to cancel my order because they couldn't get the items on back order. I was ok with that and then proceeded to order the items from another online company. After I received the items from another company, Softball.com sent me an email saying your items have been shipped. When I called customer service, and waited on hold for 2 hours, the customer service agent couldn't explain what had happened. She wasn't helpful and wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. I will never order from this company again. I hope people read these reviews cause if they don't, then they will be in a world of hurt."

"I have used softball.com and have always been happy until recently. I ordered a bat that has not shipped with no communication. I sent an email and received a response that it would take 7 to 10 business days to answer the email. If you try to call there are 50 to 60 "callers a head of you" this will be my last order due to their inability to communicate with the customer. Very disappointing. "

"What a mess, I never write reviews, but this was just a terrible experience. My daughter broke her main bat during a tournament. So we ordered a new Louisville Slugger XLT along with a few other things. We were told 1 of the lesser items was back ordered which was fine.

Then we get the confirmation email showing everything was back ordered. We call to see what's going on (no exaggeration 40 min wait), they told us that there were plenty of XLTs in stock, they were just behind getting orders out. It would be shipped mid next week...fine.

Check the middle of next week as it still shows not being sent, we were told that they would send it out next day with free next day delivery. Days later, still not shipped and call AGAIN, keep in mind it's a 30-40 min wait with every call. We are told the XLTs are out of stock, nothing can be done and all we can do is cancel or wait 4-6 weeks...

"Wish I had seen this site before I ordered, I ordered a bat and bag for my daughter, and because I was on the site when checking out they have some "hot deals" listed so we purchased a few pairs of sliding shorts and some practice gear from that menu as well... 16 days later we've recieved nothing but an email confitmation that the shorts and stuff have been shipped( not received) I've E-mailed twice, called and waited (2 times) 55 people deep on the phone list first time at 10pm, 5 minutes after they opened for business the next morning, 38 people deep... finally clicked on "team sales" and had only a 5 minute wait before being told there wasnt any way for them to tell me when my order of "in warehouse" items would be shipped but that they would put it on a "hot list" for managers... what a joke! 6 days after all these calls, halfway through the softball season... still no bat and no answers. I will certainly NEVER do business here again, I will also let everyone I know the poor or lack of customer service from this place."

"This is, by far, the worst company I have ever ordered anything from. I ordered on 2/24 and as of today, 4/24, I have received nothing. No product, no response to several emails, and no answer to any phone calls. My husband is a coach of a travel team and he has yet to receive his order from early February, as well. We are out a total of $200 thanks to this crooked website. "

"Horrible customer service! I have spoke with someone three times already and they supposedly put me in a priority list which doesnt mean anything obviously. Its been three weeks and they keep telling me it takes 10 days. Very frustated with the false information they keep giving me and they cant even give me an estimated shipping date. For being such a big company they are doing a horrible job with customer experience......Finally got order, took 2 1/2 weeks. cheapest prices if you can be patiant and deal with the system maintenance."

"I ordered a softball glove on 2/27. Three weeks later I still do not have it. I e-mailed them with no reply. I called today (3/20), waited on hold for 75 minutes, waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the ringing phone and then was told, sorry, they did not have the item I ordered anymore. This was my worst retail experience ever online or offline. Horrible customer service at softball.com!"
