"Web site states that company is in South Carolina. If you checkout with PayPal, you are directed to an international PayPal site. I missed this or I would not have ordered. It took a while for the software to arrive, and when I got it, the package was opened, and Adobe said that it was not a legitimate copy. I have requested a refund, but am not hearing anything from them. Evidently, if you order from outside US, all the rules change (again I would not have ordered if I had known it was not a US based site).
Kind of indicates if not fraud, at least deception involved with this site."
