"I purchased a NIB Pioneer Elite receiver from this company on Ebay for $650.00. The listing explicitly stated that the unit came with a "2-year Elite" manufacturer's warranty. Six months later the unit stopped working and upon contacting Pioneer I was informed that SobeFoto is not an authorized retailer of their product and therefor they are not covered by warranty.

I contact the seller multiple times to try and resolve the issue over a 2 week span. They have not responded to any of my calls or emails.
