"I've ordered from Snuggbuds a few times over the years. The sound quality is great, but something always goes out within a year. Luckily I've always been able to talk to a physical person when I attended running expos and they've rectified any problem I've had without an issue. Unfortunately I am no longer going to these expos, as there are none around me anymore. I had to send my earbuds back, which I did early December. I haven't heard a word from the company. I've emailed several times, I've tried reaching out on facebook. At least there, I can see that they've read my message - no response. I guess they no longer stand behind their word about quality customer service. Too bad, I really enjoyed the product but won't be ordering from them anymore."
