"Mother's Day was an (almost) unexpectedly crap one, this year. I thought I did it all right - got them cool Tees ordered on time (for once) ... and waited diligently for the arrival of the package. Unfortunately, we had mail thieves snag our package off the porch hours after the delivery. USPS gonna help? - nope, nada, big 'L' for them. Local Police - 'File a report', nothing they can do... SnorgTees gonna help? -- YOU BETCHA! I explained to Customer Service our situation, and received a prompt email on how they would deliver a replacement package for the stolen items. The package arrived safely this time and my wife loved the selection (good job SnorgTees!). Now we have a happy Momma running around here in her new shirts (and a relieved Poppa). SnorgTees = Great products, excellent customer service! Thank you again."
"Been a fan for years. Great, innovative tees always bring a smile to my face. In the era of just too many email blasts I have always looked forward to see the "latest". Occasionally, I even order from them! Not only did they ship promptly the went above and beyond to accommodate a request I had of them. "I have 6 children and was able to find the perfect tee for each personality. The selection seemed endless which made it easier to not “settle” but actually just the right one. I have two boys at 6’4” and usually order up a size to accommodate. These sizes are generous and I ended up exchanging for a smaller size. "I ordered some tees for my family for the holidays, and shipping was super fast! I even made a mistake when I submitted my order, but they changed it for me rally quickly! Now they are here, I love the super soft feel of the tee material, and the prints are great! You can't even feel them on the shirt. Wish I had bought more now, so I will be back. "
"So I ordered the t-shirts that were suppose to arrive Dec. 26th 2017, it never arrived.
I even used the tracking number they gave, checked online AND called USPS and spoke to a representative. I even called snorgtees and was ignored because their "customer service" is for you to leave a msg and won't get back to you.
I emailed customer service and told them about not receiving my shirts and all the steps already. They only responded with "We shipped your shirts already."
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? NO. I don't have my t-shirts and even USPS is baffled by that tracking number you gave me. DID YOU FORGET TO SEND IT?
The customer service only gave a 2 line response to the things I know already, the "tracking number" instead of looking into the problems for you.
I don't play that game. Reporting this company as a fraud to my credit card company. Let's see visa block Snorgtees for all their future transaction as fraud and who has the last laugh.

"I ordered a $25 for my friend and paid the $4.50 shipping. They sent me an unwearable size, then I had to pay for shipping back and shipping to send exchanged item!! Over $15 for a $25 t shirt. Ridiculous!! They shipped quickly, frankly the girls cut is not flattering, I couldn't find a phone number so even though they responded within 24 hours to emails it took a week of emails to answer my questions. "Ordered on 12.12 and per the web site I would have my order by 12.20 at the very latest. A t-shirt was out of stock and they never told me this until 12.20. Held the rest of the order for the 1 shirt to come in and now the order won't arrive until 12.24 at the earliest and we leave for xmas vacation on 12.23. Tried calling but all you get is a voice mail. Tried e-mailing but all you get is excuses. Asked for a refund and got nothing."
