"Do not order product from this company! We placed an order thru ApneaRX same scam company.
After placing an order for a mouthpiece. No confirmation email , invoice , order number was sent to us!
Our credit card was charged $173.39. After waiting weeks we never received anything. We called their business number . No one ever picks up the phone.
We emailed ****@****. Not a word back.
We then contacted our bank to file a claim. To have the charges reversed. We were given a temporary credit.
After Bank of America investigated the claim. Some how they were able to reach this scam merchant.
Apnea RX tells the bank we never sent a prescription and the charge is legitimate? No refund they are scamming us out of our money. Never shipped a product!! How were they able to swing the bank to reverse the charges.
I have reported them to the BBB , Federal Trade Commission, our local police department for fraud!!
Again DO NOT order product online from Snore or Apnea RX!! They are not even registered with the Better Business Bureau! They are running some underground scam operation.

3. UNCOMFORTABLE, soreness to follow, taking out to follow (thus, no help with apnea)
4. SHORT guarantee period - don't make the mistake of not jumping right into trying the product, because you have to let them know within 30 days if it works
5. Poor customer relations - yes, they will answer your emails with a stock response pretty quickly, no they will not listen or be compassionate to a refund at day 31
6. I'd love it if it worked, unfortunately, I couldn't keep it in my mouth long enough to find out

"I tried SnoreRx to give my wife a chance to sleep. It does stop the snoring at a cost. It is nearly impossible to sleep with due to the size. My wife said I sound like I'm choking but not snoring. My front lower teeth are extremely sore after using it. It takes me quite a while to get to sleep due to how uncomfortable it is and then take it out after 3-4 hours as I can't take it anymore."
"At first I found this uncomfortable and my jaw hurt the following morning. I persevered and it became acceptable to wear on a nightly basis. After 10 months it came apart and when I notified the maker they offered me a slight discount on buying a new one. Also because this product has a top and bottom it can be a hassle to clean, next time I will try a product that is one solid piece."

"I’m torn about this product (hopefully not literally-as in jaw). It really does stop my snoring. I see some people complaining about how it fits in your mouth. For me it didn’t fit how I originally expected it to but after some playing around with I found a position where I could fall asleep with it kind of “resting” in my mouth against my top and bottom teeth. And it really did stop my snoring! Now I’m waking with abnormal and extreme jaw pain on my left side.. I can’t completely close my mouth. I fear I may have damaged a ligament or muscle and can no longer use this device."

"1) Does not stay at adjusted level. When I wake up, it has changed.
2) False advertising. I have been seen by many doctors. They do recommend mandibular devices, but not this one. They recommend FDA approved devices.
3) Waiting to see the department head at one of the top medical colleges, I purchase this. When I told him, he said the problem with these devices is holding you mouth open (like this does) somewhat offsets the effect of pulling your jaw forward."
