"Recently we purchased a medium roll around pet carrier directly from snoozer.
We were not satisfied with this product, and wanted to return this and just replace one part for our previous product that was worn out.
We set up a return with Snoozer and they informed me that we would be responsible for the return shipping. Want to recommend to all pet lovers to buy their Snoozer products on Amazon or Chewy instead. The price is the same and you can return the product immediately if dissatisfied without paying for return."
"I just want to warn customers of this website when you want to return item or exchange items you have to pay for the shipping.Which means for single dog bed you will pay shipping 50-70$ the cheapes way.So be careful and order this product from amazon where is return free then directly from the company where you have to pay so much money for tge bed and even more for shipping back to the company.I paid for my items 150$ and I need to exchange it and the shipping would cost me 80$ and the company is not even willing to help me .So unhappy about it and really think about this before you will order something from them ."
"Received foam replacement under warranty unfortunately it arrived with bugs in the foam and the foam had been subjected to some unknown process where it appears The foam had separated from the base. Cust service sending out new foam. They state bug is harmless"
"I bought a large sized bed for my 55 lb animal because I had no way of knowing what size to get. The web site gives no clue. It was way too large for my dog so I returned it the next day. I returned a 100.00 product that cost me 40.00 to return. The return came out of my pocket. Terrible customer relations. I will never recommend there products to anyone. This company should have stayed business to business. They have NO clue how to handle personalized purchases. "

"Owners name is Brian. He is very rude and unreasonable.
They packed a bed that I ordered in a box that was too small so when it arrived it was all misshaped and the wiring in the top was bent and broke.
I called and told them I needed to return it because it was defective and the owner Brian said he doubted that. I then sent a picture and he still said it wasn't defective when it was obvious it was.
Do not order from them because if there's a problem with the order, they won't resolve it."

Product was not suitable for my dogs. Beware that the return cost would be $72.00.
Be prepared to have no recourse for the return policy. Had I known it would cost 2/3
the cost of the order I would have never have bought from this company. First time ever to have
such a lack of service in a return. Will not buy here again or refer anyone to the site/products.

"I am so unhappy with Snoozer Pet Products. I bought two beds for $138. I am not asking for a refund I would like to exchange as a large was extremely small. They want to charge me $50 to exchange. It is totally crazy. Their customer service is the pits after four calls and no manger returned call. This was supposed to be something nice and fun for my Weimaraners. What an utter disaster and it totally ticks me off.
Please be warned when buying for this company - get exactly what you need/ or want the first time.
I am not just ranting I stand by my review.

"I recently bought Waterproof Rectangle Pet Bed. It was pricey, but it is huge and waterproof and very comfy. The dogs love it and choose it over other beds in the house. They did have to get use to the noise that moving around on it makes, but it wasn't a problem. "

"The first set of Lookout Strap lasted almost 2 years before being frayed completely apart from rubbing on the seat belt. This set didn't even last 3 weeks. I'm currently looking for an alternative. I don't feel safe using the Lookout Strap to attach my dogs to the seat belt anymore. "
