"I see the same thing happened to another reviewer. They accept your first ringtone for a free deal, then they say this about your next ringtone:

"Our Review Team has just listened in. It's a good tune.
After careful consideration we recommend to switch to the Independent Deal. Unfortunately the sound does not fit the current Beginner Deal repertoire at this time."

They then invite you to pay them for a different deal.

Album art cannot be edited after a ringtone is submitted.
Ringtone cannot be taken down without a payment to them.

"Only use if you have a single ringtone idea. They claim you are allowed to upload ringtones for free or upgrade and keep more profits.. though after you upload one ringtone, they "Require" you to upgrade and pay $20 a tone submitted and will not provide a concise answer as to why it "does not meet our requirements for a free submission" so that I can modify my uploads to appease them. Shady business and I would not recommend them for any artist doing this for fun / a novelty."
