They have good communication with their customers and if you have questions you can call them and talk to a person. I talked with Kathy about some concerns I had with the vacuum and she was quite halpful. My order was processed in a timely manner and email commuications was great. I would rate them right up there with Newegg in their own realm as far as customer service. I would order from them again."
