"Tried to cancel my order by calling and emailing this merchant. No one picks up the phone, no matter what dept you call. Emails are not returned. Needless to say I receive notice that my order was shipped and billed. After order was shipped I receive a message that they had a doctor's appointment and missed my messages. What? I guess only one person runs this company, and not very well. Stay away from this merchant. There are many other coffee suppliers you can call. "
