"I recently purchased a Luna Tower hookah from smokeking.com, which works absolutely beautifully and is gorgeous. I also ordered 3 day delivery and after a week they had blamed UPS saying that UPS had lost it and that they would send my new order out right away. Four days later I still hadn't gotten my package nor did the tracking number say that my package was in transit and I found out after 13 days that they had never actually sent one out and that they were getting a new one from their manufacturer because of a defect in the hookah. Instead of just telling me the truth and risking me wanting a refund so I could buy elsewhere they lied to me for two weeks and then afterwards when I wanted my money refunded for the three day shipping I paid for they said they would refund me the money and didn't. Instead they are now not responding to my online messages or phone calls... I do not recommend buying from smokeking.com"
