"A very poor performance. Quality control is nonexistent. Customer service is a joke. I called them twice. First time to tell the the screws included with the mounts are the wrong size. They sent me a set of the same screws again. Second time, I called them some time later to get replacement ropes for ALL of their blinds because they all broke about the same time. They send me something that looks like a 60lb test fishing line. The instructions that came with the roll-ups clearly show which way is up for the mounts, but the roll-ups kept on popping out of the mounts. So I had to turn those up side down. Only then, they held the roll-ups properly.
Their prices are sky high. They are charging for a Dom Pérignon and send you a Coke. Never, never, never deal with them.
