"Order Number: ***-***-****-3842646 was my first and last order that I'll EVER place with these idiots and is just another incompetent vendor who makes themselves out to be this great vendor that you can depend on...WRONG! I gave this seller EXACTLY what I needed right down to the part number and even this was obviously to hard for them to handle because when I got the item (an AC Adapter for a Gateway M675 Laptop) the plug wouldn't even go into the system and was actually a NO NAME off the wall type of adapter. So I eventually got a respone from them and did finally get my money back but it took a good month
I research all the shady vendors and you should see what comes up about these guys. I'm not the first victim and apparently won't be the last, but at least the users on this site get somewhat of an upper hand on the vendors that deserve it.
