"Fast and Honest! My LCD inverter was out, and no one had it in stock so I had to purchase the full screen + inverter unit. For some reason (luckily) they don't seem to change the price for identical LCDs with or w/o the inverter so if you're looking, get the one with the LCD inverter, because it's always handy to have a spare. "First I would like to say that the customer service provided by this company was terrible. I do understand sometimes outsourcing occurs; but when I speak to someone that I can barely understand what they are saying it makes it harder to resolve an issue. First They sent me the wrong item, no problem an exchange could be made. No they had to speak to their technician and would not get back to me after several times of attempted contact. It finally boiled down to me having to pay for there mistake and I refuse. This is not a trusted buyer please reassure yourself of that. You can see it in their ratings."

"The item arrived defective and when I initiated a return they attempted to charge me $20.00 for a guaranteed working product even though they promise a working product on their site. I felt ripped off so I asked for a full refund. After hassling with the person on the phone for 20 minutes they finally agreed and gave me an RMA number. I sent the product to them and they are now refusing a refund. I don't recommend doing business with this company. They may have been good in the past, but not anymore."

"I purchased an LG LCD Screen from these guys. Calling them first to double-check pricing, availability, etc. First off, I was able to talk to a human being, and even know their address. Then I came to find out they are rated highly by the BBB. That clinched it for me. A few things I would like to note:
1. It was shipped out within a business day.
2. It wasa new and original (not compatible) LG LCD screen (with inverter board, which wasn't even mentioned in the ad).
3. It arrived with 2nd Day Fed Ex. Packed Nicely
4. It worked like a charm.
I know there are cheaper "replacement" screens out there, and I have had trouble with those screens and the companies that sold them. This ISN'T a company you will have trouble with."
