"Great products, lousy customer service. Read the fine print, ask questions before you buy!

Smartcycles.com has great inventory of old stock frames. I recently purchased a frame and fork from them and had a horrible experience with customer service. Simple things like asking for a tracking number was replied with much attitude and aggression. When I received the product, the fork didn't fit, and was not as described. I requested an exchange but was basically told that they couldn't help me out. I would not do business with them again nor recommend any of my friends to go through them because of my experience."
