"Order LP Ultimate Outer sleeves from Sleeve City as my normal source (Groove Vinyl) was out of stock. BIG MISTAKE. Sleeve City sleeves are not 5 mil. They are not crystal clear. And they are too big as the album cover can fall out of the sleeve. Want really high quality outer sleeves order from Groove Vinyl and see the comparison. More expensive but well worth it

"I own a video production company and needed legit blu-ray cases. I know there are a lot of imitators cases out there so I really spent a lot of time looking for the legit clam shell cases. Sleeve city had it and even better they had a deal where you could get printable blu-ray bd-r in a clam shell for 4.99 that was right up my alley because I could order the amount I needed and not a ton of excess. Now that I am ready to print the data to the disk none of the 6 disks that came with that deal work. All of the disks are corrupted so we will see how they resolve the issue but of course they aren't open on the weekend. I called and the press "0" to leave a message didnt work right so I e-maled them so far things are not looking to great for these guys. Lets hope they can go the extra mile to fix my issue. However, the build quality of the jewel cases for both the blu-ray and standard dvd's are top notch."

"Ordered paper CD sleeves. Sleevecity had a promotion for colored sleeve sample packs of (50) for .01 and I ordered two. This was ONLY reason I placed order with them as their prices w/shipping is ungodly expensive. They did not ship the colored sleeves claiming its out of stock. Sent them an email requesting equivalent colored sleeves and they have not responded. Order elsewhere for less. Meritline or Supermedia are MUCH cheaper and offer free shipping on just about everything. Zero stars for this outfit. "

"Ordered 8 disk dvd cases and some paper sleeves on the 17th.. Now I find out they shipped out the sleeves without the cases because they are on backorder on the 21st. They didn't feel the need to inform me the cases were on backorder until I emailed them about the missing order. I have yet to receive anything from them (it is now December 5th). It appears my order is lost along with my cash and patience with this company. "

"Not too satisfied so far. I placed my order on 03/16/06 (a thursday)...I received an e-mail confirmation within minutes. So far - so good. On Tuesday 03/21/06 I sent an e-mail to them inquiring about my order. I received a very nice e-mail withun a few hours stating my order was indeed received "on 3-16 and sent to the warehouse on Friday" and "Your order should be shipping within 24/48 hours from our location here in Memphis" .. Well here we are a full 8 days after my order and still nothing. No e-mail - no nothing. A very bad business model to be sure. If I ever get my order it will be the last."
