"I don’t know where to begin! We just made our second purchase this last week and I am finally leaving a long overdue review. First, the customer service you get in store is ridiculously amazing. After several months of research, I finally decided on a latex mattress. When researching companies, I decided on Sleep EZ. I was over the moon when I discovered they were here locally. I couldn’t believe it when we went the first time how helpful, friendly and accommodating the staff was. We dealt with Ramon and he was great! Then comes delivery. I’m expecting the usual pleasantries that comes when you have a delivery, store tells you one thing and the delivery guys don’t want to do it. Nope. Not here. There were two delivery guys, Saul and his helper (I have forgotten who his helper was, our initial delivery was about a year and a half ago). I can’t say enough good things about that crew. Saul especially. Extremely kind, accommodating and helpful. I screwed up when I wrote the check and they needed a new one. Saul called, very apologetic and offered to come back and get a new one. I called the store to see if I could drop it off that Saturday (only because I didn’t want Saul to have to go out of his way) and of course they were accommodating. It was just an overall wonderful experience. Fast forward to a year and a half later, my mom needed a mattress so I took her to the store to pick out her mattress. This time we dealt with Rodger. He was just as awesome as Ramon and very personable. We had another pleasant experience and my mom was very excited about her purchase. Saul just delivered it with a different helper and again, they were awesome! Quick, efficient, professional and friendly. Another awesome purchase experience. I don’t have any complaints about my mattress. It’s as comfortable now as when we got it, the pillows are amazing too. I highly recommend getting a mattress from here, you won’t be sorry!"
"I needed to replace the cover of my natural rubber king mattress and was dismayed when the place I originally bought it from quoted $945. I shopped around and was delighted to find Sleep EZ Factory...who quoted me just $290!!
The cover I bought from Sleep EZ is different from the one I originally had because it only has cotton/wool quilting on one side. This means I will need to remove the cover and put it back on the right way around when I flip my mattress. I think this is actually an advantage because besides being cheaper, it should allow better airflow to the bottom of the mattress - a problem I have had in the past with non-Sleep EZ products.
As a bonus, Sleep EZ's staff were exceptionally friendly. I wish I'd looked elsewhere before I bought my mattress - if I had, I'm sure I would have bought it from Sleep EZ.
I placed my order on March 5 and received it in rural Canada on March 22."

Pros-
1. 10000 is a VERY comfortable med/soft mattress. My nagging lower back pain (that I got after 4 years of using an expensive Spring Air Pillow Top mattress), went away!
2. Shipped/received in a very timely manner!!!
3. Salesman Shawn was very nice & helpful- no "High Pressure" sales tactics..., and made sure I got my invoice.
4. Comfortable "adjustable" 3 density layer Talalay foam is hundreds less than Sealy's closest 1 layer "somewhat" comparable.
Bottom Line- I'd use them again!
