"Last week, I bought a ResMed machine (the #1 seller) with RedMes mask assembly found out while assembling the SoClean machine that it will break down the RedMes mask assembly because the assembly has nylon and/or memory foam in it. They said they were going to charge me to return their machine. They do not tell you this before you buy the SoClean machine even though they know about it, so you get stuck with a SoClean machine that won't actually clean the products that the ads show being placed in the machine. This is false advertising and illegal. Not at all happy. The public needs to know that they are being misled."
