I ordered online and paid express delivery and when my order had not come within 12 days(paid for 5 days) I contacted them through their website...no answer after 5 email requests for help. Finally contacted them through Facebook and got a respond saying they can not fill my order. REALLY!!! After 2 weeks you tell me this WTH. They do not have a website or phone number to call absolutely horrible and now my kid does not have his books for school."
"I payed an extra ten dollars for 3-6 day shipping. My textbook has not arrived after 7 days and I've called customer service several times and have only gotten an automated message. No response from an email either.
Don't let their reply fool you. The customer service number is fake and no one replies to emails. DO NOT USE!!! "

"I needed to return a book for a class I was no longer taking and the page to print the return labels wouldn't load. After I attempted to contact a representative through email (a phone number was not available) I didn't get a response within two days like I was supposed to according to the conformation email either time. Within a week the 21 days I had to return the book ran out, with still no sign of a representative. Finally after going to their Facebook page I was able to contact them and get the matter sorted out. After a week and a half I finally received a response from a skyo representative and by then everything was fixed."
