"I ordered a new pair of goggles and a silicone cap and forgot to ask how to purchase a band for the goggles I purchased last year (which are still fine but are too dark for indoor use). When the package arrived 4 days later, I realized my mistake and sent the company an email requesting a price on a new headband. Instead of charging me, they sent a free headband. I can't say enough about this company! Their commitment to customer service can't be beaten."
