"Excellent selection of tech products at good prices!
I purchased some cables, computer accessories, and an external hard drive case; and it was a good deal! However, a glitch in their computer system caused my order to be held up for ten days, even though all of the items I ordered were in stock and ready to ship. After emailing SkyBox-USA a couple of times, my order finally shipped and I received it after another two weeks.
Upon receiving the package, it UPS had damaged the shipping box quite badly, and one of my items was missing. I immediately contacted SkyBox-USA about the issue, and the employee then apparantly filed the UPS claim form incorrectly. After three months of run-arounds with this employee, SkyBox-USA suddenly replaced this employee. The new customer service person was immediately able to resolve this problem and sent me a refund for the missing item, plus a bit extra for my troubles.
Based on the efficiency and professionalism of the new customer service person at SkyBox-USA, I will still consider doing business with them in the future.

"I had ordered a HP Ipaq 310 from SkyBox-USA and after a week get a notice that item is back ordered and item is discontinued. To have this in stock at the time of ordering, and offering it at a much higher price of $4XX.XX days after my purchase is deceptive practices.

This is not a discontinued item, it was just started shipping from HP late last year. I know that HP is still shipping these and are working on new firmware updates, that are do out in this next week.

To take 7 days to cancel this order is just not acceptable by any merchant. SkyBox will be added to my do not order list from on and I will be placing a bad review with all the shopping rating sites as all should do with merchants like SkyBox. I also treat good merchants with good reviews when they are deserving.

Sure hope merchants like SkyBox cannot sell any thing and goes out of business, with these deceptive practices that they use.

"I ordered a hard disk and SATA connector from Skybox-usa.com. Two weeks later I still hadn't received it, checked the order link, and found out it hadn't even shipped. When I called I was told by Liz that my order "had slipped between the cracks." She assured me she would follow up, but I never heard from her again. Three days later I called again. I spoke to Connie, and asked for a manager but was told there was none available... I was then put on hold for a long time only to be told that no one knows what's going on with my order... I've never had a worse ordering or customer service experience in my life."
