"Sky Media UK LTD, provide Technical Support & Warranty for Emotion, Eternity, Logix, Swisstec, Technika, Tevion, UMC branded LCD and LED Televisions. I called Sky Media UK on a Tuesday when my 32" Technika TV from Tesco stuck in standby mode. The operator was very helpful and patient and guided me through all the various things to try before he got to the decision that the TV needed to go back for repair. In the end, he decided it did need to go in for repair. Luckily I had kept the original packaging, and was able to use this and apply a label with the returns address on it. The day was specified for collection (2 days later). My son unfortunately had to stay in all day till around 3pm until it was collected - on a Thursday. The following Tuesday evening I got an e-mail to say it would be returned the following day (Wed) and again someone would need to be at home. Early on the Wednesday I got a text saying the delivery would be between 2.15pm and 3.15pm. The TV was delivered between those times. So far it has worked correctly, and I would say that's a fast return time given it had to travel 350 / 400 miles on a round trip. I was pleased I could specify the date of collection, however I think Sky Media UK should contact the TV owner and "ask" them what day they want their TV returning, not just simply send an e-mail! - My TV was repaired under warranty, as it was only 6 weeks old."
