They sent me defective Rug and when i tried to contact them through website, return item link or by phone multiple times during normal business hours, i never get a hold of anybody or received any response. I will never buy anything from them ever and will file a BBB case as well.

update: called customer service - the guy had such a thick Indian accent I couldn't understand what he was saying.
Instead of 5-7 business days it has turned into 15-17 business days. I will not order from skusky again
Update 2: It took a month to get the item, and they sent the wrong thing! I ordered yellow and they sent lime green. Two thumbs down! "
