"I've purchased an item from skoofy on 8/20 but as of 8/31, order has not even shipped. Their site says no more than 5 days for shipping, but it clearly been over that. I've sent two emails with no response, but needless to say this will be my last skoofy.com order"

"Ordered two pairs of Logitech x-540 on 5-11-2010. Arrived almost 2 weeks after due to a technical error in their ordering system it seems (since site is fairly new). Their support seemed unresponsive to my tickets and emails, and there is no number listed for their site. Only through goggling their address had I found that skoofy and Gearxs.com shared the same address. Upon calling GearXS.com customer service number (which is listed on their site), asked GearXS for skoofy support, which I was promptly transferred to and gotten a very helpful and polite representative, who figured out the error and sent the order through. Now, the product itself was described as new, but it does seem to of been used, as both boxes were missing accessories, though the product itself was working fine except some cosmetic blemishes. Generally I didn't care too much for it being new or used, but to others it may so be warned."
