THIEVES ENDANGERING YOUR HEALTH

"Order #451858402

I got 4 Elta MD AM moisturizers during Black Friday.

They’re all bad. The color is orange instead of the usual whitish, it has an insane chemical smell and surprise-surprise, my face turned red when I used it for the first time (as I was putting it on, I realized that it was bad). Two of the 4 products have no expiration date and two are not expired but still bad — my guess is they must’ve not been stored properly or it’s outright a fake product.

They told me it would take 3-5 days for their investigation, but it’s already been longer and I haven’t heard back from them.

The result: I don’t have the gifts for friends and I don’t have a moisturizer for myself. I’m out of $130. To get a new product from a different place will take me about a month as sim currently stationed in the country of Turkmenistan (and the customer service reps could not care less about this inconvenience).

I’m **** and disappointed. I don’t recommend anyone to buy anything from this place.

Update, January 5:
They promised to get back to me within 3-5 business days and didn’t. Then they promised to refund me, and only for an unknown reason refunded half of the order. I had to go back to them again asking for the rest of the refund.

Now they dare ask me for THE SAME information that I gave them weeks ago AGAIN through the same copy paste message. After that they say “We’re still investigating. We’ll reach you within” AND THE SENTENCE ENDS AFTER WITHIN.


They’re THE WORST. THE MOST INCOMPETENT AWFUL COMPANY IMAGINABLE. You get spoiled skincare AND you get treated like garbage.

Worst customer service, never received purchase

"I purchased a product that was never delivered to me. The company shipped the item addressed only to my name and zip code. When I reached out to customer service to ask why they would ship out an order without listing my address correctly, they initially told me it was due to an error on their end and they would fix it and send it again. After hearing nothing, I contacted customer service again, but this time was told I would not be getting my item OR my money back. This customer service agent claimed this was their “policy” if an item was returned to them, even if it was their error. PayPal handled the issue in my favor. Don’t ignore all the negative reviews, this company is trash and a scam "

Empty Bottle due to poor packaging

"Do not buy from this company. They have no customer service. I ordered a serum and bottled was not wrapped correctly. Serum leaked out and bottle was empty. They did not believe me. Would not replace product. Stick to quality vendors who stand behind what they sell."

Received the “free gift” but not the product I ordered and paid for

"I placed an order 5/4/21 which qualified for a free gift. I received the package 5/8/21 but it only contained the free gift, not the product I ordered. I have been contacting customer service since 5/8 and they just keep telling me they will get back to me. Do NOT order anything from this website."

Complete Scam

"I ordered from this website mid February and unfortunately did not see all of the bad reviews before ordering. I noticed at the end of February there were still no updates and so I emailed their customer service asking for an update and received no response.
I sent further emails advising I was concerned about their site and ultimately ended up advising if I did not hear back by Friday (this was on Tuesday) I would be reporting them a fraudulent.
I have still never heard back and after 6 weeks my parcel still has not been shipped.
This company is a complete scam, they have taken my money and have not responded to any of my correspondence.
I have reported them to trading standards. DO NOT use this company, they are a scam and you will regret it!!!

Half empty bottle and BBB complaints

"I received my Arcona travel set and was ecstatic to use it. A week in, I ran out of one of the bottles. I emailed customer service and they said there was nothing they could do unless I had pictures to prove it. Not sure how I would do that if I never suspected a bottle being tampered with. I emailed them a second time and they were dismissive and unapologetic. After reading the reviews on here and on Yelp, I see this is a trend with this company, which is unfortunate "

The absolute worst. BEWARE!

"Do not, I mean do not, under any circumstances use SkinCareRx.com they are absolutely horrible. I’m amazed they are in business. So many poor reviews I wish I had seen prior to making a purchase. I
I placed an order online on 4/30/20 and within minutes of making my purchase I realized I had made a mistake. I tried to cancel this order and was unsuccessful. Minutes after I made the purchase I could Not cancel the order?
The website said I had this option but it’s completely false. I sent a message to their customer service department regarding my order and explained what had happened, and I was seeking to cancel my order and reorder the right items. I’m certainly glad i did not place a 2nd order.
This has been a nightmare from the start.
Here it’s May 13, 2020 and I have not received my items. I was told I was unable to cancel my order because it had already processed and was sent out which again was completely false. This hadn’t even been 12 hours after making the purchase online.
I sent another message with questions regarding my order and asking for an update since I could not cancel this order.
No response to my messages and unable to get a clear honest reply, I’ve grown very frustrated.
I was requesting a cancellation within the correct parameters and was told it wasn’t possible? Why? Why do you offer the option for a cancellation and not honor it? This wasn’t several days later, this was minutes later.
If in fact this order has processed immediately where are my items?
I’ve sent several messages because their chat feature has not been available since I placed My order. I received a reply stating that they did not have my items in stock and I had The option of waiting until they had the product in and they would send it to me immediately Or I could Cancel my order. I responded immediately requesting a cancellation and a refund. At the very same time that I replied, I received another email saying that my order had been shipped. WTH? How and what is going on?
I’ve tried tracking this order and it sat waiting for their courier to pick up my order to send it out for 5 days. It had not been shipped. They use Newgistics for their delivery service coupled with USPS. I have been waiting since April 30, 2020 for my order and it’s nowhere near being delivered according to the tracking number. I could have walked 2000 miles to get my order faster than this courier service takes to deliver my items.
I sent another request for the information I need to return these items for a full refund. I am told I’m responsible for the return shipping fees. This has been by far the worst experience ever. Please save yourself the time, money and headache and shop elsewhere. So many poor reviews just like mine from people all over getting burned by this company. They should not be in business. They lack sincerity and integrity. So disappointed.

Stay away from SkincareRX

"Phone numbers on credit card detail are bogus and the phone number on their website says they are open 8AM to 8PM but must be on another planet because i've tried them at all hours of the day and night. Easy to order and they take your money but after that it is so long - their email doesn't even work. If you are thinking of buying from them run and run fast."

"I put the invalid address and didn't received my $90 order for several month and I contact the custom service several times to see if there's any approach to fix it. However, they refused to solve it and just told me they are unable to deal with my order, neither refund my money! "

Canceled items in my order

"I purchased this hair serums when it was on sale alone with some other items( I don’t really want) so I could get free shipping. The next day( less than 12 hours), I changed my mind and wanted to cancel my order, but they wouldn’t let me cancel. In the end, they shipped me everything else but the hair serums. When I called them to return the items they send me they refused to pay for the return shipping. Hair serums was the only item that I really wanted, if they were out of it they shouldn’t even shipped me my order or just let me cancel in the first place. Horrible customer servise. Stay away from ordering from this website."

Ridiculous Return Policy

"Purchased a skincare set that just did not work for my skin. Had itching and irritation after 5 days. Called to return for credit or refund, but their policy forbids the return of opened product. How is that possible in this day and age? Vendors curse Amazon, but at least they have a fair return policy. The person I spoke with in customer service kept putting me on hold to discuss my case with someone else. When he returned to tell me that I was not following the regimen correctly, I asked to which product in the regimen he was referring, and he was talking about a completely different product. In any event, $299 down the tubes. Lesson learned! Must read return policies before ordering from any site in the future! "

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT

"Accidentally ordered with the wrong delivery address but immediately contacted the customer support to change it right after I placed the order. Told me they could not change it because the package is already being prepared to be sent out. Technically the package is still in their warehouse... Customer support is not helpful at all.. I have wasted all my money just because of one tiny mistake even though i realized immediately. All because customer support is too arrogant to help... "
