"This retailer is a joke! The poor design of their web site should have been a warning strong enough to keep me away but I still went ahead and placed an order. A week later I made phone calls during business hours that were never answered by a person nor my messages replied. A few days later I finally got hold of someone who told me that one item was backordered but the item had finally arrived and the order would be shipped that same day. Five days later I called again and was promised again the order will be shipped that same day. Another 5 days passed and this time the rep told me the order had already shipped the day before. After a month I am still waiting for my soakers and guards..."
