As of today, I've called and left 4 Voicemails and three e-mails since the 17th none of which have received responses. "I would use extreme caution when ordering from this vendor. I ordered a headset for my iPhone and received headphones instead. I contacted them once and they replied asking for me invoice number and order information. I sent this to them and the replied back stating that they would send out a postage paid envelope for me to ship the incorrect item back and they'd reship the corrrect item right away. It's been weeks and they never sent me the envelope or the correct item. I've now asked for a refund but they aren't returning my emails. I checked their site and the item that I originally purchased is sold out. I'm guessing this is why they stopped responding. This company is very unprofessional. Buyer beware! "
