"called and could not get anyone with proper info on the phone other than we sell 500 thousand items and to order on line, 5 minutes after ordering found the same item at half the price, tried calling 3 x's to cancel got disconnected each time, cancelled on line , they ackowledged , btw they never asked for a prescription which is required for theproduct I was ordering"

"This was the worse experience I ever had. I placed an order with Sixty Ave on the 16th of september and never received it. When I made a complaint about this they told me that it was not there problem any more since the package was picked up from their shop. So I had to contact UPS to see what went wrong and they told me that the shipper has to put in a claim and file the paper work in order to be rein-burst. So I told them that but they didn't seem to care about their customers and just left me hanging. So buyers be aware this could also happen to you and these people just don't care. I will NEVER again do business with these people"
