"I was running only Retargetting campaigns with sitescout and recently when I set up my new campaign my settings turned out to be wrong and the campaing ran out without targeting and budget cups.
The mistake I did was due to misleading messages and descriptions the sitescout places to "guide" their users. I don't understand why do they need such tricky settings options on their platform if not to scam the users. Besides they refuse to refund my loss."
