"Beware! What you see is not what you will get. Ordered what was supposed to be genuine Toshiba BRAND NEW laptop battery but received an old battery that is obviously refurbished and different from that shown in picture on Store Battery website.
The battery's manufacture date was originally covered over with black marker ink but I managed to remove black ink which showed actual manufacture date of 2011, different from 2014 date shown in website photo. Accompanying invoice showed value of battery to be a less than half of price I paid for. When queried Store Battery rep gave excuse that real invoice was replaced with fake lower-price invoice to avoid taxes. I had emailed company for refund several months earlier but received no reply until I said that I would write to online reviews expose scam. Still Store Battery rep insist that battery was brand new but unable to explain 2011 manufacture date. Battery test done indicate manufacturer to be COMPAL. Design capacity was 47520 but last full charge only 40306. Storebattery wanted to refund $5 for 'misunderstanding' caused. But I told them I do not wish to waste more time. I write this review to warn others of improper business practice."

From order to delivery, they took less than 2 weeks to deliver which is acceptable as they kept me updated on the shipment progress.

Product wise, both replacement batteries work perfectly for my Lenovo S10-3 and IdeaPad U165 and their battery was rated at 5200mAh each.
