"I purchased a few products from www.simplyuniquebabygifts.com in preparation for my baby's first birthday. One of the things purchased was the personalized stool. The items was extremely poor quality and broke after limited use. The personalization did not come out looking anything like the color and graphics I saw on the picture. Overall for the price I would have been better off purchasing something on amazon and would have had some real customer service and a reliable return process. According to the simplyuniquebabygifts.com website they tout "Easy Returns" on the top of their site. But then click on the link and read the fine print and you will see that the return policy excludes basically everything. If you take something out of the box and realize you want to return it (the only way to even make that decision) then you automatically exempt yourself from a return or need to pay the restocking fee. If the products have been personalized or used in any way you are rejected for returns. This wouldn't be such a big deal if the products they sold were of decent quality so you wouldn't need to return the items, but since it is all low quality merchandise the policy they have is clearly designed to make it difficult or impossible. I am a mom who works full time and so does my husband. We don't have a lot of money and are so disappointed that our limited gift budget resulted in such a disappointment and wanted to warn other moms not to make the mistake we did. "
