"I was concerned about the reviews I was reading about this reseller, but now I have a better picture of what is going on. I ordered some clips from this company despite the few negative reviews I saw online. Given so few reviews and the years they have been in service, I gave it a try anyway. I was very pleased with my purchase. It took two weeks to receive my order, but we have become so accustomed to next day delivery with Amazon, I can understand why some people may have complained. The company was very prompt when my order was made, when it was shipped they provided me accurate tracking information. With all the supply shortages we are going though I feel their delivery time was fine. And their communication was what I expected. I will not hesitate placing another order, knowing I may have to wait a reasonable amount of time to receive my order."
