"This is the worst customer service and store of which I've ever dealt. Don't order anything from them. They will charge your credit card right away. Their website says items ship within 5 business days. I'm sitting here 2 months later and have only parts of my bed and dresser. So, I can't set up the bed and I can't put my clothes away. Every time I call them, I get the runaround. I called every 3-4 days for 3 weeks straight and every time they said it was shipping "tomorrow". Half of the stuff showed up damaged. Please save yourselves the headache and don't shop here. I'm now still trying to find out if they will refund my money and come get the stuff they already sent. When I inquired about this previously, they said I would have to pay for return shipping...of only half a bed and a dresser mirror! Next step, credit card dispute."
