I have absolutely no words to express how wonderful and amazing this company "SimplyGlobo" is.....I have been leery of 3rd party sellers in Amazon and never had any good results. This seller convinced me otherwise and is one in a million I contacted Amazon at 9:56 am with a complaint that my shredder's motor had died. I thought for sure I would need to buy a new shredder from another vendor. AT 10:01 AM I ALREADY HAD A RESPONSE !!! This totally boggled my mind....Less than 5 minutes and all I needed to do was submit a nominal fee to have a totally new shredder shipped to me. Summer L at SimplyGlobo, Inc. was kind and courteous and my new shredder is on its way. Honestly, this is the FIRST TIME, I ever had satisfactory results from a third party seller. I will be the first one to recommend this wonderful company to anyone that ever needs anything they sell.
My faith in third party sellers has been restored. Hopefully all third party seller will follow the same suit as SimplyGlobo.

"I am very unhappy with SimplyGlobo. I purchased a bed because I saw good reviews on Amazon. However, they are awful to work with. I received the bed and watched a YouTube video on how to inflate the bed. But I could not get it to inflate. Neither could a friend of mine who goes camping frequently and has used other inflatable matteress for camping. I told Simply Globo all of this. When I contacted the company I got a series of emails - had I watched the video, etc. But no offer of a refund. I could not find a phone number on the package or paperwork so I found their phone number on the Internet. I finally did talk to someone at their company office. She did send me a return authorization and I did eventually receive a refund. But I don't believe I should have to research on the Internet to track a company down to get a return resolved. Then I left honest, but negative, feedback on Amazon and Simply Globo sent me a nasty email saying that what I said was untrue (it was not) and that they had lost a lot of money on the order. I will never order from them again and honesty, except for books, I may stop ordering any other items from Amazon. I have never had much trouble with 3rd party sellers on Amazon but if this is the norm than I will shop other places. Once they see this, I'll probably get a threatening letter from them. "

"Simply Globo, the company that makes this air mattress, provides simply amazing customer service. I bought the air mattress because it is raised off the ground and more like a bed than other air mattresses, and after a year of occasional use by guests (and a fair bit of jumping by my two-year old twins who thought it was a trampoline every time it was set up), the mattress had developed a slow leak. I decided to check if it was still under its one-year warranty, and it turns it was - for only a few more days. I contacted Simply Globo that night and heard back the next day. They sent me a PayPal invoice for a very reasonable $30 for the replacement (if you need a replacement within the first 30 days it's free) and asked me to cut out the logo from the side of the mattress and send it back - no need to send back the whole mattress, which definitely saved on shipping costs. Then . . . I got busy and forgot about it until almost a month later, when I was preparing for a house guest and remembered I'd never followed up on the return. I contacted Simply Globo again . . . and again they got right back to me. They said they would still replace the mattress - though the warranty had officially expired. The problem was . . . my guests were coming in one week . . . I feared not long enough to send in the logo and receive the replacement. Not to worry! The customer service rep told me she would put the replacement in the mail as soon as she received the Pay Pal payment - which I did online that afternoon - and not wait to receive the logo. I received the replacement mattress three business days later. Oh, and because they were sold out of the twin size, they gave me a free upgrade to a full size mattress. I would definitely buy from Simply Globo again. Every email and phone interaction I had with the staff gracious and timely. It's quite simply the best customer service experience I've ever had."

"I have had a (2013 Model) SimplySleeper SS-49T Raised 18" Twin Air bed a while now and absolutely love it. It is my main bed. It took a few times, (not many) to adjusted it to my comfort level. I have arthritis and fighting stage 4 Ovarian Cancer so it serves my sleep needs which is very important. Lots of prayer and this bed have made my illness easier. I also want to add that I had a very beautiful experience with this company. They truly care about their customers. Thank you so much.

"I ordered an air bed (SimplySleeper SS-89Q 2013 model) from SimplyGlobo after extensively researching their products. The majority of customer reviews I saw on amazon reported that the beds were of high quality... and that convinced me to go ahead with my purchase.

The bed I ordered is an "Ultra Tough Inflatable Mattress," so called because of its durability. What I love about my SimplySleeper is that it's not only extremely comfortable, but that it comes with the assurance that it will last.

When you unpack it for the first time, you can tell that the material is something of quality. It has the feeling of a finely-woven material, yet it is heavy in spite of its flexibility.

As for the bed's performance, I was surprised how well it provides the restful experience of a traditional mattress; in fact, it's better than my former regular mattresses in that I can easily adjust the firmness or softness. If I want a tight, hard mattress (which is great for people who have issues with their back), I only need to add more air. Deflating the mattress makes it softer and more yielding.

I just want to add that in spite of the great reviews I read, it was the responses from SimplyGlobo staff to customers that led me to purchasing my bed.

Whenever a customer mentioned the slightest issue with a product, someone from SG responded right away to offer a solution. In my 10 years of shopping online, I rarely see the kind of attention and friendly responses given by SG's customer service.

I highly recommend SimplyGlobo for its excellent products and stellar customer service.

"SimplyGlobo Inc. advertises that their SimplySleeper SS-49T Raised Twin Air bed is covered with a 1 year warranty on Amazon. My air bed was just under 90 days old, and it started leaking from a seam. I contacted Amazon about the problem. SimplyGlobo Inc. wanted to charge a $25.00 shipping fee for sending a replacement air bed because the purchase date was over 30 days old. The fact is: I only paid $4.99 for shipping and handling per the original invoice. I checked with carriers, and this company is charging an excessive amount for shipping. Nowhere does this company disclose they charge this shipping fee on Amazon. The company is not standing behind their 1 year warranty. As I think a replacement air bed would leak too, I have requested for a full refund. Note: Amazon blocks buyers from posting a review about the product if the purchase date exceeds 90 days. Therefore, one cannot trust the reviews about this product on Amazon. How many customers have had problems with this air bed leaking air after 90 days and up to a year? My guess: Plenty. "

"I couldn't be more satisfied with our overall experience with SimplyGlobo Inc. I ordered two twin air mattresses. They were delivered on time.The construction of it appears to be better than most. I air one up yesterday and took a nice nap on it. I weight 250 lbs, It was very comfortable. As of today, it doesn't seem to have lost any air. Looking for a fitted that will stay on.

"The company shipped the next day and I received the air mattress in 4 days! Frankly I only have the air mattress 4 days but it certainly seems better than the SMARTAIRMatress I had for 6 weeks prior. It was only warrantied for 30 days so the 1 year warranty from SimplyGlobo Inc is very attractive to me. It does seem a bit small for a queen size mattress however after testing it I fell asleep for a few hours. Hopefully that's a good sign for things to come."

"I am very dissatisfied with SimplyGlobo. I ordered an air mattress a week ago on the SimplyGlobo website, and each time I check my order it says "Processing." An email that I sent yesterday has gone unanswered and the phone number that they have on their website is apparently not useful for resolving issues of my sort. The kind lady who talked with me on the phone was the one who directed me to email the company.

I am hoping that someone from Simply Globo will contact me soon so that I can figure out my next steps. I am disenchanted at this point, but the product looks like exactly what I want.

UPDATE: When I emailed the company, it only took a day for the mattress to ship. The customer service was outstanding, and the product is everything I expected. I am extremely satisfied with the resolution to my issue. I just won't be ordering from the company website again.
