Shipping of $7.00 a little pricey, but better than spending $65 plus shipping at Dell, right? WRONG. I placed the order on 3/13/11 ... they "claim" the order was shipped out on 3/14/11, but I did not receive the item until the 18th (They are in NJ and I am in NY -- this is ridiculous). ALSO, I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. They sent me a PA-12 which is a 65 Watt. I called them up. They are very unprofessional. They don't even answer the phones like a business or give their names. Some girl said she would ship me a replacement VIA FedEx, and that I would receive a confirmation e-mail. I NEVER received the confirmation e-mail, and I am still waiting on the replacement..."

"I ordered a laptop battery from simplemicro website. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the battery very quickly. Frustration started once I started using it. It was only charging 30-35% initially and it had completely gone dead within 4-5 days. I returned the product and they ended up charging a restocking fee of 15% and shipping fee(both way) even though they sent me a defective product. I ended up spending about 30% of what they said the battery is going to cost and ended up without a battery. "
"I would not recommend ordering from this company. I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop that claimed it would fit my computer but it did not fit at all. When I asked about it, they said the battery "would stick out of the laptop." I feel like they should warn the customer of this BEFORE the customer makes a $90 purchase. Now I still have to pay 15% of the total cost plus $15 dollars for shipping. "
"I do not recommend purchasing from simplemicro.com. They shipped me a defective product then stuck me with the return shipping cost. At the time I was told they would cover the return shipping, but later was told that the sales contract precluded them from having to covering any return shipping costs.
I did eventually get a working product, but you should read the fine print before using this outfit. "

The power adapter was exactly what I was looking for and was in perfect working order. The price was much cheaper than any other site as well. I was worried because of some of the bad reviews this site has gotten, but at half the price of other retailers I thought it was worth the risk as many other customers had given great reviews. "We will never do business with this rip-off site again. We used their web page to find power adapters for laptops. We entered the manufacturer and model number of our laptop and were given a part number. We ordered that part number and when it arrived it would not fit the laptop. This was an error of their web site but upon oontacting them we had to bear the cost of shipping and a "15% restocking fee". This was their error but yet we had to pay for it. This is little more than theft. We will never do business with this vender again and would recommend that you don't either."
