"VERY VERY BAD service/I placed order 01/27/2010 almost 3 week ago... still "pending".No answers on my messages,no phone service working (the phone numbers are not working)....

My name is Ernest Bickmullin.I am from Brooklyn.
This is my second claim-review on the same order placed for SimonCells.com
Order was placed on 01/27/2010.I ordered from SimonCells cell-phone silver model krzr k1.
Today is 03/14/2010!!!! I did not receive nothing.I checked the Brooklyn address where should be located SimonCells store.
On www.Simoncells.com I found this address:BROOKLYN,1701 Utica ave.I was at that place, and people from that building told me "...that SimonCells are no longer in business",and that "...they are not in this building anymore".That people are from www.bacario.com and they are working in the same building where was earlie SimonCells store.
So,I lost the tail of this firm and I am greatly surpriced Who let them have functioning web-site,which is fake web-site,still collecting information about our credit cards!!!!
Guys, be careful,do not place the orders,the web-site is false but still working!!!

"I'm holding out that these guys will make this right, in which case I'll come back and edit this review, but.....

So far they really suck.

7/16/08, I order five headsets, which they supposedly have in stock. I get a confirmation e-mail that says I need to allow up to 48 hours to ship, fine.

8/6/08, I was wondering where they were, and I get an e-mail saying that they shipped. Oh, so they didn't have it in stock, and they lied about it so that they could get the business. That sucks, but whatever.

The headsets come. They're the wrong models, there are only two instead of 5, and they're for cordless phones, not mobile phones.

8/12/08 I send them an e-mail explaining the problem. I get a confirmation e-mail saying that it may take up to 3 days to get back to me. Seems kind of lame, whatever.

8/18/08 I tried to call them, they're not there (they're only open 5 hours per day on a long day), and I can't leave a message.

I'm hoping that they'll get a clue and rectify this, though if I can't get some quick resolution, I'm just going to have my credit card company handle it for me, and ship the crap back, RMA or not.

"I bought a Blackberry Curve 8320 phone from Simoncells on Aug, 4th 2008. But the status on Google checkout for this order always stayed as "In Progress" until Aug. 9th. So I called up the guys and asked about the status and they said that they had 2 boxes but both were damaged so they ordered new shipment of the phone. After Aug. 9th I kept calling them like everyday about the status and the same answer. Finally, on Aug, 13th they said that the phone would be shipped that same day. I again called them up on the 14th to check if it really got shipped or not. But then I got an excuse that the shipment arrived but it too had some problems and that it was backordered. I was least interested in these details as my International travel is coming up on the 20th of August (3 days from today). So I needed this phone urgently. Seeing that the folks at Simoncells may not get a new phone that I wanted before I had to leave, I cancelled the order on Aug. 14th. They were trying to sell some other BB phone to me that was available, but I was just fed up with the transaction so far and did not want to do any business with them. They were not very apologetic as well. Also, I think I was talking to the same person everyday as he could easily locate my order as soon as I told him that I bought a BB 8320 phone. I finally, found the same phone with Tigerdirect (who did not have it before) and went ahead and bought it. They have shipped it and it will reached here on Aug. 19th. Worked for me.
So my experience with Simoncells was definitely bad and very unsatisfactory. I do not know how they do with the orders of ordinary and less expensive phones. Probably they have those in stock always and that is the reason why some people get their phones in time. But if you want to buy an expensive and a less common phone, just avoid these guys.

"RECIEVED PHONE WITHIN 7 DAYS.IT WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION.
THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE IS I CAN'T ACCESS THE INTERNET,CAN'T SEND TEXT MSG.,WITH ATTACHMENT. CAN'T RECIEVE TEXT MSG.
I HAVE E-MAILED THEIR TECH SUPPORT SEVERAL TIMES,THEY STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.THEIR TECH DEPT E-MAILED ME TO TAKE THEIR PHONE TO MY CARRIER FOR HELP.
I ORDERED A SAME STYLE PHONE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.I INSTALLED MY SIM CARD.PHONE IS DOING EVERYTHING THE SIMON CELLS PHONE WOULDN'T DO.

"After a week they tell me they don't have the item in stock. I cancelled the order. Still no refund issued to my credit card. I emailed them 4 times. The 1st 2 times they said credit issued(different dates), the last 2 times I received no answer.
