"Simshack.net along with their tie in for tickets with Flyaway Sim is a Nightmare to deal with. I bought a DVD Monaco x FSX paying £14.75 including the £4.75 postage. That was 2 weeks ago, and no communication has ever been sent , no tracking, no answers. legal action to recover this amount seems daft, but why should i give away my pension money to a rip off company, who obviously has no intention of sending me the DVD. I have had to buy another of Ebay for £13.50, because its for a particular friends facebook flight to Nice (Addon) using my fsx. Seller on Ebay sent it within 3 days. AVOID SIMSHACK.NET AND FLYAWAYSIM LIKE THE PLAGUE, THEY NEVER REPLY OR REFUND."

"I've been a member of Fly Away Simulation since 2008 and have made great use of the website. The downloads section is one of the most complete I have found, including file descriptions, images and user comments. Most of the other flight sim sites don't offer this.
The forums are also a great place to chat about anything related to flight simulator, they allow you to build up you post rank to first officer, captain, chief captain... etc.
I won't be cancelling my membership any time soon!

My order arrived two days later, well before the 5-7 estimated delivery time I was told. Perhaps because I'm in the same country as the store.
I had slight trouble installing the software, so I whipped up a quick e-mail to the support team at SimShack.net, where I purchased the product. While they told me that they were unable to provide technical support on this product, they did point me in the right direction of finding the support I needed. A few hours later I was playing around with my new software.
