"I purchased aircraft flight simulation software from SimShack/Fly Away Simulation. The product advertisement indicates it is compatible with the version of flight simulator I am using. It does not work. SimShack/Fly Away Simulation is the seller and a company called Carenado actually created the software. When I contacted Carenado, they responded and stated they have not created software for my aircraft that is compatible with my flight simulator version. So SimShack/Fly Away Simulation sold me their product under false pretenses. I have written several emails to them requesting a refund of my money. I have not received a single response from them. I have tried their California "based" phone number and their international UK number (where the company is based) and have not been able to speak to a person. I had to leave a message and have not heard back from them. Do NOT do business with this company. "

I’m an FSX Acceleration user on an old windows 7 Pc. Love this site for the freeware add ons both planes and scenery. Some of my favourites … Concorde, Pompei, Paris scenery, dolomites scenery, LHR T5, Thunderbird 2 including mole haha and even a space 1999 Eagle. ( showing my age now) I’ve managed to get most things to work in FSX. Just remember to keep preview directX 10turned off in settings … display… graphics otherwise you can lose some plane textures and end up with albino looking planes!"
"Purchased software a while ago, no problem. NO SERIAL KEY. I have tried to make contact several times but with no luck. Was given service tickets but no follow up. Finally several messages and was told that there had been an issue with the system and it would be resolved. Still waiting, payment taken but I have never received the key or refund therefore the software is useless. "

"Nice website, has a flight school section that has a bunch of tutorials to teach you to fly. It has a good choice of aircraft and scenery to download, I got the MSFS Native Airbus A330-900neo Mega Pack, and the plane is a joy to fly. They have both freeware and payware on their site. I am quite happy with them."
