The customer service was wonderful in relaying my special engraving requests to the engraver as I was on hold. He emailed a proof to me for my approval as we had decided on the script with size .225. I received the order today and it is absolutely gorgeous. He did a wonderful job. Packaging from Lunt wonderful. Pretty blue box and even included a cloth bag for storage.
