"I ordered a copy of Windows 8.1 64 bit Media & Key. After 2 weeks of not receiving what I had paid for I emailed them asking for status. Whoever it was that was answering my emails didn't address any concerns and would reply using only a few words. I gave it another 2 days and emailed SideMicro again only to have a reply that they refunded my order. Since then I've disputed the charge on my CC and am awaiting my refund."

"Maybe their service is good when buying a computer but I ordered a copy of OEM win 8.1 pro and basically never got it. It appeared they created a shipping label but lost it in stock room or USPS lost it. Anyway, I contacted them 7 or 8 days in and was given a $20 refund and promised an immediate reshipment. I asked I be given the new tracking info and positive notification that they were sending another copy. Never was contacted other than a status email about the refund. So several days later I contacted them again and a ticket was opened. Suddenly I got a full refund but no info as to why or if order was cancelled. Finally got a human being in the chat and was told yes it was cancelled and they never sent anything else. Well now it is almost Christmas and I needed the OS for a computer build and I have no software. Thanks SideMicro for the great communication. Any other company I had dealt with may not have discounted things but they would have overnighted a copy or told me they were out of stock and offered something else. Poor service period. I will not be dealing with them again nor recommending them to anyone."
