"i 100% agree with review below i ordered from shylaa creations a few times...sometimes it arrived on time and i would get several items with tears in fabric. She did replace them no problems there. But Three times she left me high and dry because i did not receive any merchandise and because of the hassle i stopped ordering 2 years ago. The last time i was set up at a festival and her skirts did not arrive in time and i ordered well in advance to be sure to have them. So there i was at an event ..no merchandise. She did overnight express it that time thankfully so i only lost 1/2 day of sales...still a loss. but twice it happened before that when no package arrived ..so i had enough and found another seller in india who knows how to do business.
Two years later i decided to try again.....nearly one month later i have no box from her and i am really mad now!!! Its like pulling teeth!! no return call, no invoice, no tracking number...it was sent to warehouse in chicago by mistake she said....2 weeks later no box from chicago..should take 4 days by ups...several phone calls, many emails, no response...makes me so mad!!! if i ever see this woman at a trade show she better run!
i have never in my life met someone so bad at doing this....she must cost many people time and money and its not good enough !!!!
i learnt my lesson this time - reverse the charge with visa, get my money back and i will NEVER order again."
"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WHOLESALER! I first attempted to place an order on 10-31-08. I followed instructions and made a paypal payment as well as sending an email. I was told my order would arrive in 3-4 days. I received no shipping notice or response. I sent many emails and made many phone calls. Finally on 11-11-08 I received my first communication claiming they would process the order that day. On 11-19-08 after putting in a dispute with paypal and sending them a request to cancel my order I received an email claiming that it had been mailed and should be there the following day. I attempted to call many times and the mailbox for voice mail was full, all messages I did leave were not responded to. I finally received my shipment on 11-21-08. Three weeks after first ordering!
The quality was OK nothing great. I contacted them again and asked how we could avoid reliving this experience next time I ordered. She assured that "Simply email or call on ***-***-**** to place order and we will send order next day guaranteed...Sorry for delays and we will do our best to be on time for future order." She offered free shipping on my next order.
Wanting to take advantage of a good price I ordered again. I sent an email 11-27-08 to place the order. She got back to me 11-29-08 and said she would ship 12-1-08. After yet again waiting I got a confirmation number saying it had shipped 12-3-08. A full week after I placed my order. It's currently 12-13-08 and I have not received my package.
No communication, no follow through, broken promises. She cost me hundreds of dollars in sales with lack of shipping. Even the second order will take me at least three weeks to receive and she knew this meant losing a customer. The quality is middle of the road. Do your research, you can get a better price with far less hassle. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS RETAILER!"
