"I attempted to order ink cartridges from Shreve Systems. They sent me unusable cartridges that expired in February of 1995 and told me they are aware they are expired. They have none in stock that are not expired, yet this is what they ship to unsuspecting customers. They refused to issue a refund and also refused to pay shipping to have these items returned. They expect me to pay to ship their garbage back to them and take my chances that they will provide some sort of refund."
